    I was finally able to break through my plateau and squatted 50 kg for 5 reps. And again, and then a third set! I was trying to do that since two months, but although I knew that I theoretically should have the physical strength (because I could do 45 kg easily) I could not do 50 kg. Just could not do it. Not even one rep. And so I did it, finally!
