Over the last 20 years I have dedicated myself to learning about how humans optimally perform and self-heal. From exercise, nutrition, massage, physical rehabilitation, to delving deep into human behaviour and energy medicine. In that time I have focused on becoming the world’s leading expert on blame.

I get it, why would anyone want to dedicate so much of their life unpacking blame!?

Because no one has unpacked blame in the way I have to discover its profound and far reaching influence on our mental, emotional and physical health. All of which directly impacts our levels of self-development, performance and success.
